These Term and Conditions (“Terms”) governs your (“the Customer”) use of our services and sales by Smelly Story Durian © of all goods and/or services as well as subsequent transactions between Smelly Story Durian © and the Customer.
1. Pricing of Goods
The price of goods and services are charged according to the prices at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of the product, prices are subject to change and will be updated accordingly. There will be no written notice to customers on the changes in price of our products.
2. Cancellation of Orders
Our products are seasonal and subject to availability. Smelly Story Durian © reserves the right to cancel any orders by giving advance notice to the customer – a full refund will be provided to the customer in such cases. To ensure that our products goes through strict quality control procedures, failing which Smelly Story Durian © might have to cancel your (the Customer) order to ensure that you (the Customer) does not receive a defective product.
Due to the nature of our products, once order has been placed, cancellation is strictly not allowed. There will be no refund for any cancellation once order has been made.
3. Replacement of Orders
Smelly Story Durian © aims to deliver the product of the highest quality to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our produce, certain products that reaches you (the Customer) might be deemed unsatisfactory. As such, please do not hesitate to contact us at +65 8539 0890 via WhatsApp or Telegram.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Defects
- Pictures of affected product
Any claims by the customer on the quality or quantity of orders shall be made within the 2 hours from the time of delivery. If the customer does not notify Smelly Story Durian © within the stipulated time, Smelly Story Durian © is not liable for any shortfall and the customer shall be bound to pay the price as if the products have been delivered.
4. Refunds
Do allow 3-5 working days for refunds to be processed.

By employing our services, and/or voluntarily providing personal data to
Smelly Story Durian ©, you hereby acknowledge that you have read this Policy and that you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by Smelly Story© in accordance with this Policy.

Normal Delivery: $10.00 per location
Express delivery (within 1 hr): $13.50 per location
Second Attempt Delivery: $15.00
Free Normal Delivery: $100.00 Above
Operating Hours: 1000hrs – 2300hrs
*The above mentioned does not apply to the location or condition stated below:
• Army Camps and Sentosa or any other area that are hard to access and areas which requires and entry fee. Additional $10.00 delivery fees might be incurred for exceptional locations
